Stevens Engineering aims at realising a balanced technical workforce. To be able to safeguard the quality of its work, Stevens Engineering primarily has employees in permanent employment. Throughout the years, this has resulted in a fixed core of qualified, highly motivated employees.

Divided over two locations (Emmen and Delfzijl), they cooperate in multidisciplinary teams. These are our Product Market Groups. Each with their specific customer focus, these groups are able to safeguard and share knowledge and experience among themselves and with their customers.
